We are currently looking for candidates for one of our trusted partners – a leading international company which is focused on the distrubution of seeds. To support the growth and increasing complexity of the company’s business, we are looking for a bright and motivated person to join the team as a

PRODUCT &TECHNICAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Setting up and management of sales networks in the region;
Achievement of the agreed targets and direct sales activities in the field;
Brand development and product positioning;
Development and maintenance of quality relations with the customers;
Monitoring competitors’ activities and identification of new business opportunities;
Suggesting sales strategy, plan and reporting to the management for achieved results;
Conducting presentations to potential customers and retailers.

Requirements:

University degree on agronomics;
Relevant experience in agribusiness;
Fluent English language;
Very good knowledge of agronomy;
Good PC operation skills.

The Company Offers:

Setting up of the strategy of the product’s portfolio in the respective area, for all the crops;
Setting up the technical network in the respective area;
Technical support of the sales and marketing teams in the respective area;
Preparation and participation to the company’s events;
Close relationship with technical and marketing departments of clients;
Management of a technical budget;
Close relationship with institutions in order to follow up the registration process of new products
