Call Center Agents with Fluent German

Your responsibilities:
- Prompt and professional communication with customers – gaming and betting customers;
- Solving account problems and providing information;
- Proactive communication with customers to increase customer retention and value.

Requirements:
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Previous working experience as a customer support representative;
- Effective Communication Skills;
- Ability to work on shifts;
- Good computer skills.
