Our client:
UK company which develops online casino content and full gaming software systems operating only in US. In order to expand their presence on the Bulgarian market, they are looking for:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE
On this position you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone, live chat, video live chat and via email about questions for the services the company offers. An essential part of your daily routine will be helping customers for deposits and withdrawals as well as testing new products and services.
The requirements:
- Experienced in using MS Office;
- Excellent written and verbal command of German language;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Self-motivated, patient, able to work in a dynamic multitasking environment;
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule (work in shifts), including weekends and holidays;
- Previous experience in communication with customers;
- Experience in the gaming/gambling industry would be considered an advantage;
