LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
Requirements for the position:
University degree (business, finance or engineering profile);
Very good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook);
Very good command in English and/or German;
Experience on a similar position will be an advantage.
Main responsibilities:
Assists with various purchasing procedures, inventories, accounts, proposals and similar preparations;
Accepts and handles requisitions for products and services according to the company needs;
Collects and assesses offers;
Contacts vendors and evaluates bids offered by suppliers;
Assist in negotiations with the suppliers;
Prepares agreements with the suppliers;
Prepares regular reports and analyses.
