Our partner is an international production company in automotive industry. The needs of the company are to maintain good communication for their clients from Westеrn Europe, for that we are looking for:


Customer Support



Your daily challenges:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all
times;
• Responding to customer inquiries via e-mail, skype and phone;
• Communicating with customers through various channels, processes queries;
• Communicating and coordinating with the logistics companies in Bulgaria;
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

What do you need to succeed:

• Professional customer service skills;
• Fluent in German or English (Written & Oral);
• Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills - experience with business
communication;
• Extremely well-organised with an ability to multi-task;
• Very good working level of MS Office, MS Outlook and Excel, ERP systems.
