ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages cash allocations of incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
• Executes financial balance reconciliations of costumers in accurate and timely manner;
• Prepares bad debt write off calculations and reports;
• Actively collaborates in the analysis of the Accounts Receivable ledger to provide for amounts, which are potentially at risk;
• Maintain all controls and procedures to ensure compliance with Coca-Cola Hellenic and local policies and legislation, as well as internal controls;
• Promote, develop and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal and external customers
• Drive initiatives to increase process efficiency, standardization and redesign in line with the business needs.
 
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal;
• 2-3 years of experience in finance (accounting) or accounts receivable/collections will be considered an advantage;
• 2-3 years of experience with focus on customer service in multinational environment and/or experience in Shared Services is considered as an advantage;
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another business-related field;
• Result-oriented and proactive personality;
• MS Office;
• ERP (SAP) is considered as an advantage.
