Your role:
To listen and respond to customers queries via phone and/or email
To provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients’ requests
To identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Your profile:
To be fluent in English

Additional Job Description Answering Chats and doing outbound calls in English. Very high typing speed needed. High level of engagement as well. Young profiles preferred.
