For one of our new teams dealing with back office support, we are looking to recruit English teachers who are also fluent in Russian.
Your responsibilities:
Work closely with Russian speaking team members in order to improve their level of English
Conduct tests to evaluate the language level of employees
Prepare and administer verbal and written exercises and additional materials
Identify knowledge gaps and ensure constant improvement
Track the progress of all participating team members and report to the corresponding party
Our requirements:
Previous teaching experience
Excellent verbal and written English
Very good Russian
Experience in corporate environment
Experience in the outsourcing industry will be considered as an advantage
Bachelor or higher degree in English Philology will be considered as an advantage
Excellent communication skills
