What You’ll be Doing:
As a Procurement Solutions Analyst, you will support procurement activities across the EMEA region. Your role will involve helping coordinate and check procurement processes, systems, and new deployments. You will assist with testing processes, preparing for system launches, resolving issues, maintaining documentation, and working with different teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also support process improvements, training activities, and changes to help teams adopt new ways of working successfully.
On a typical day, you’ll:
Support procurement projects and activities across the EMEA region.
Help with testing, documentation, activity tracking, and deployment preparation.
Monitor progress, follow up on tasks, and coordinate with different teams.
Identify issues in processes or systems and help find solutions.
Create and update training materials, process documents, and user guides.
Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and other stakeholders to support improvements and ensure smooth implementation of new processes.

Fluency in English - verbal and written communication skills;
2+ years of related work experience;
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, economics or related field is a strong plus;
Supply chain and/or customer service experience is a strong plus;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within tight deadlines;
Other role specifics: SAP S4 HANA, Test Rail, Jira.
