Here’s how your normal working day would look like:
* Respondto customers inquiries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
* Provide information and troubleshoots to solve customer problem;
* Knowledge of games and an ability to deliver great customer support;
* Providing support via e-mails and chat sessions in a prompt, professional and friendly manner;
* Following client documented call flows, data entry requirements and complaint management processes.

Already excited? Here’s what you’ll need to demonstrate first:
* Fluency in German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Polish, Russian at least C1 lvl);
* Good English(B1 lvl);
* Positive attitudetowards the client and the company;
* Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
