Customer Service Representative with SAP

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree - Technical or in Economics;
Relevant professional experience in a production company will be considered as a plus;
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP is highly desired;
Computer literacy – MS Office;
Excellent command of English;
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Main responsibilities:
Receiving, registering, and follow-up in SAP of received orders;
Contact for all planners in different Product Lines;
Registration of delivery/forecast demand for customers;
Ensure correctness, following up & update prices when needed;
Monitoring unconfirmed and overdue orders;
Transport ordering and ensuring appropriate return package;
Monitoring logistical agreements with customers and suppliers.
