For one of our client –Our client is a leader in the field of outsourcing services – we are seeking an experienced and motivated CLIENT RELATIONSHIP CONSULTANT WITH FRENCH.

YOUR role will be:

•Providing highest level of customer support via phone, chat and e-mail;
• Handling and troubleshooting user support related questions;
• Providing full customer care and making sure no client’s question is left without an appropriate answer.

Requirements:

• Fluent in French;
• Good command of English;
• Professional phone etiquette;
• Strong presentation and active listening skills;
• Previous experience in sales or insurance products knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
