We are looking for Chat Support Representatives with Italian language for one of our clients. The CSR will be part of an international team and will be acting as first point of contact for customers. If you have a very good level of German and you have good communication skills – you can apply with us and we will give you all our assistance along the way.

All you will have to do is:

• Handling customers accounts
• Solving account problems and providing information via emails, online chat, and very limited use of telephone
• Proactive communication with customers and increasing customer retention and value.

As a perfect candidate you have:

• Excellent level of fluency of Italian – especially written skills
• Very good English – verbal and written
• Previous working experience as a customer support representative is considered a big advantage
• Great communication skills, flexibility and reliability
• Ability to work on shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Good computer skills
