A multinational BPO leader – is looking for Cost Optimisation Specialists.

Here’s how your normal working day would look like:
* Respond to customers inquiries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
* Knowledge of games and an ability to deliver great customer support;
* Providing support via e-mails and chat sessions in a prompt, professional and friendly manner;
* Following client documented call flows, data entry requirements and complaint management processes.

Already excited? Here’s what you’ll need to demonstrate first:
* Fluency in Portuguese, Polish, Russian, German, French, Dutch, Italian at least C1 lvl);
* Good English (B1 lvl);
* Positive attitudetowards the client and the company;
* Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
