What you will be doing:

Resolving technical problems and providing support for customer applications;
Answering queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems;
Diagnosing, identifying, isolating, and analyzing problems utilizing historical database records;
Routing calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists, as required;
Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases;
Provide updates to the knowledge database used by other technical support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls.


Ideally, your skills will include:

Proficiency in either of the following languages - German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Romanian, Portuguese, Polish, Hungarian;
Very good English language skills;
1+ years of Technical experience in the area of Windows Server, Azure CloudOps, or others;
Experience with Office 365 is an advantage;
Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and changing priorities.
