The Presales Network Support Specialist is a crucial member in the pre-sales line of communication between Concentrix company and one of the biggest Networking companies in the World.

So, what’s the role all about?
Assisting business customers with technical expertise in purchasing networking equipment via email, web system and chat
Providing information for different network products - switches, routers, IP Phones, Firewalls etc
Resolving inquiries using a broad range of tools and resources
Prioritizing cases based on client needs
Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
You are good fit for the role if you:
Are fluent in English and have working level of German (B1)
Basic understanding of computing technology including hardware components, operating systems, software applications, common peripheral devices, and external connectivity.
Desire to develop your technical skills
Are customer service oriented
Have excellent interpersonal skills, self-confidence and a strong team player
Have analytical and problem-solving skills
Advantage will be one or more technical certifications: i.e., Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
