Our client is a leader in the field of technical support and BPO services - the company plans to expand its operations in Bulgaria. More Technical Support Engineers would be added to the staff to harness the huge opportunities in the country.

Technical Support Engineers with:


- English

- German

- French

- Polish

- Italian

- Dutch

- Czech

- Hungarian


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Resolving technical problems.
- Answering queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
- Diagnosing, identifying, isolating, and analyzing problems utilizing historical database records.
- Routing calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists, as required.
- Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases.
- Alerting management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
- Provide updates to knowledge database used by other technical support representatives with new troubleshooting information discovered in the resolution of customer calls.


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Technical or Electrotechnical Education/Knowledge/Experience.
• Call center experience is helpful.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• Commercial qualification or Practical engineer in the area of Mechanics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering.
• Fluency in one of these languages: English, German, Italian, French, Polish, Dutch, Hungarian or Czech.
