The essentials we need:

Very good command of written and spoken English and German (both will be actively used on daily basis)
Ability to lean quick, adapt easily and communicate efficiently both with team members, business partners and clients
Moderate knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel (previous experience of working with data would be a plus)
Motivation for great achievement and team contribution


If you possess the above, your major responsibilities can consist of:

Coordination of processes regarding specific service for IT asset disposal
Setting up customer account, information and logins
Upload and validation of logistics and services costs
Review and completion of reports

This opportunity is available for specialist who would like to use both their foreign languages in professional and predominantly written form.

Previous experience on an administrative role and/or exposure to communication in English and German will be considerable advantage to your application, but what is most important for us is the right motivation!
