What you will be doing:
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Manage communication with customers via calls, email, and chat;
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Ideally, your skills will include:
Proficiency in either of the following languages - German, Dutch, English, French, Italian, Hungarian, Czech, Romanian, Portuguese;
Very good English language skills;
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills;
Punctual and precise about deadlines;
Very good knowledge of MS Office.
