On behalf of one of our key clients, a leading global technology company, we are currently looking for a passionate and experienced IT Recruitment Specialist, interested in recruiting for various IT profiles.The position is fully remote!
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust and diverse pipeline for their tech roles;
- Being part of the end-to-end recruitment process;
- Engage passive talent through creative and compelling reachout campaigns, referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.;
- Screen candidates profiles according to specific profile requirements and conducting interviews for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.;
- Partner with other recruiters and hiring managers to offer an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT recruitment;
- Fluency in English;
- Proven experience with passive candidate generation; leveraging boolean search strings, X-Ray searches, talent mapping and diverse job boards/partnerships;
- Proven track record of being able to source and hire senior engineers;
- Experience creating and using metrics to guide decisions and strategy;
- Passionate about technology, media and existing in a fast paced international environment;
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships;
- Understand how to prioritize and enjoy working in a growing, changing, fast-paced environment that is constantly driving for better results.
