We are currently seeking to hire a high-energy and self-motivated Betting Customer Support Specialist with German/Turkish/Spanish/Portuguese and English to join our client’s rapidly expanding team in Sofia.

Your role as a Customer Support Specialist is to:
Manage communication with clients for an online betting platform and provide excellent customer service via live chat, email and phone;
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Skills and Specifications:
Fluent in German/Turkish/ Spanish/Portuguese;
Very good command of English;
Previous experience in a gaming/gambling role would be advantage;
Proactive and dynamic personality, with good attitude towards the clients;
Outstanding communication skills and positive attitude.
