Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Support customers via telephone, email or chat
• Deliver premier service, with high standards of excellence
• Ensure first contact resolution and utmost client satisfaction
• Look for ways to constantly improve the processes and the business

YOU are suitable candidate if you have:

• Excellent level of French, Italian or Spanish;
• Very good level of English
• Passion about customers and love to communicate
• Willingness to help solve complex issues
• The ability to take responsibility
• Desire to learn more about a disruptive and fast-growing industry
