Your responsibilities:

Support global implementation of the Telus International Global Execution Model.
Provide ongoing analysis of operational performance to provide recommendations focused on continuous improvement.
Increase efficiency through partnership with Operations and other support areas through data analysis and process improvement recommendations.
Track performance improvements/changes and recommend adjustments where needed.
Prime Operational Excellence liaison with regional leadership, representing the GSS (Global Shared Services) team for internal and external business reviews and customer meetings as required.
Facilitates and leads cross-functional projects focusing on sustained improvements and demonstrated cost savings.

Our requirements:

University Degree
Proficiency in English (written and spoken), at least level B2, adopted by
European standards;
Excellent software understanding and skills necessary for speed and quality of
work.
Minimum 1 year experience in similar position or as a project manager
Ability to work in a team
