Your Word Ltd. is one of the leading translation and localization companies worldwide. We provide translation and localization services in over 70 languages in multiple fields and we have over 15 years of experience.
We’re looking to expand our business and we’re currently recruiting Country Managers for our new Sofia office.

Core responsibilities:
- Communicating and assisting customers by attending their requests via phone and e-mail.
- Actively and creatively contributing to the whole support process, in order to provide the best translation services to our clients.
- Managing campaigns and any other issues related to the country they are in charge of.

Required skills:
• High school diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Really good computer skills
• Being able to multi-task, prioritize and stay calm under pressure
• Fluent in either German/ Spanish/ Italian/ Greek/ French
• Good level of English
