We are looking for a person with fluent English and Managing experience in Forex!!!
Candidates with background experience more than two years would be considered with higher priority!

Your Duties:
- Monitoring the performance of the agents in the Retention desk.
- Manage and advise the agents in order to increase Team performance.
- Conduct group and individual training sessions depending on the needs of the Company.
- Give guidance and assistance to agents, to ensure they are hitting their monthly targets.
- Provide the Management of the Company with detailed reports for the end performance of the team.
- Keep agents updated on the latest world economic events that can benefit reaching the Company goals.

Our ideal candidate:
- Fluency in English is a Must - both spoken and written!!!
- Minimum of 1 years proven experience as Retention Management or another similar role in Forex.
- Must have at least 2 years at retention position in a Forex operating company!
- Team player - open to share knowledge, experience and support his colleagues.
- Expert on management, business structuring & financial analyst.
- Excellent computer skills – MS Office, CRM, MT4, MT5.
- Excellent time management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and negotiations skills.
- Dynamic and goal driven personality.
- Professional Attitude.
