For one of our clients we are searching for – British English speaking customer service agent.

Responsibilities:
* Responds to customers inquiries in a prompt, professional and efficient manner. Provides information in order to resolve issues;
* Knowledge of the online gaming industry and an ability to deliver great customer support in this field;
* Provides support and information to clients via chat/e-mail and phone in a prompt and friendly manner;
* Follows the company’s standards and procedures and meets the team’s targets.

Requirements:
* Native level of British English.
* Positive attitude;
* Мultitasker by nature;
* Outstanding communication skills;
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
