For one of our clients – we're seeking a highly-organized individual for the position Engagement Center Representative (Night Shifts) with English, German, Spanish, Italian, French.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Properly assign tasks and cases to constituents for follow up if necessary.
* Making sure that all tasks and cases are assigned to a Lead or Contact
* Maintaining standard, clear and concise verbiage in all fields within documentation.
* Data entry of information into the system;
* Maintains confidential and valuable information, applications and data;
* Providing timely reports and feedback to customers.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English, German, Spanish, Italian, French;
* Attention to detail;
* Able to work independently and to meet deadlines;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, EXCEL, and Powerpoint).
