For one of our clients – one of the largest companies in the customer experience
management field. We are on a search for motivated, detail-oriented and communicative
people for the role of Remote Customer Care Assistant with Kyrgyz or Uzbek and English -
FTE or PTE.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a friendly assistant and helping customers with their entry permission issues;
* Providing additional information about the issuing process;
* Forwarding missing documentation and guiding customers through the application process;
* Maintaining knowledge on the entry permission application process and keeping up with
changes;
* Working as a part of a team and offering a helping hand when needed.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Kyrgyz or Uzbek (at least level B2) and good command of English language;
* Motivation to learn and improve and provide a high-quality service;
* Detail-oriented and organized, able to work well in a dynamic environment;
* Good communicator, able to stay calm and assist customers with a positive attitude;
* Team-oriented and ready to help others;
* Available for occasional weekend shift.
