Responsibilities
Identify learning opportunities and develop ‘Learning Plans’ and materials to fill these gaps.
Establish relationships with External and Internal clients and identify and update top incidents, frequent questions and build the knowledge through external contacts e.g. conference calls and field visits.
Provide Floor support to employees via phone extension, face to face contact and one to one coaching if applicable.
Learning and Development of new employees’ materials (New Products roll out, Refresher, soft-skill courses).
Participating in projects to boost department's efficiency and improving customer satisfaction.
Achieve the role specific KPIs /Key Performance Indicators/ additionally given by the Training Manager.
Performs additional tasks according to business needs
Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise in the specified software products and become knowledgeable in new versions and products as assigned
Responsible for requisition, creation and allocation of all training and support materials
Responsible for maintaining training register of all sessions trained for assigned product group
Responsible for preparation, presentation and delivery of classes for new employees
Ensures high quality and effectiveness of the training classes
Responsible for on-going training of existing products, including new versions
Provide up-trainings for existing employees
Maintains training results records
Suggest improvements of the training process
Provides feedback to trainees
Acts as a coach to new hires
Work with mentors and product champions to identify, prepare, and deliver supplementary materials and training as needed on various technical issues
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to create and maintain a good impression
Build relationships with co-workers for effective team performance
Share information and ideas, and ask questions to ensure common understanding
Act in a mature and professional manner towards customers, clients and colleagues.
Perform other lawful job-related orders by the employer
Adhere to the work schedule and the company’s internal rules and regulations

Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years previous experience as Trainer required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Relevant operating systems and software/hardware knowledge
Excellent English language skills (C1 level)
Good time management skills
