Job Summary
The Facilities Operation Officer will provide oversight and coordination to ensure effective facilities operation. We seek a professional who will execute multiple, less complex operation and administrative processes related to maintenance and repair, vendor management, security procedures and office inventory. He will ensure the operational readiness of the CBS Sofia Centre premises as well as the availability of the respective Administrative services.

Key Accountabilities
Responsible for the coordination of a range of services to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Communicate instruction and direction on routine maintenance work for the team and contractors.
Assist in analyzing maintenance vendor contracts for services and makes recommendations for approval.
Administer and execute operating procedures and performance metrics including tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain the office inventory.
Ensure the facilities are following security procedures.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Assists in Health & Safety policies implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Good technical knowledge & skills, sufficient understand of building systems operations.
Knowledge of the local Health & Safety regulations will be an advantage
Fluent in English and regional language.
Good MS Office skills.
Strong communication skills.
Highly motivated self-starter.
