On behalf of one of our clients, a leading global technology company, we are currently looking for experienced EMEA Sourcing/Recruitment Specialists willing to join their brand new Shared Service Center in downtown Sofia.

Responsibilities:
You align closely with local hiring managers to clarify the needed candidate skills and profiles
Candidates first! As the primary point of contact for candidates, you are charged with being the face of the company throughout the candidate journey from start to finish
You will be sourcing IT and business profiles through different search channels, like active sourcing, through job boards, and with the help of agencies and headhunters for specific candidate profiles
You are screening and pre-selecting candidate profiles closely aligning with business expectations
You take good care of our job and candidate data in our recruitment tool and ensure fast and neat processing of all candidates
You support short-listing and final candidate selection on request

Requirements:
You have a real passion for recruiting and thirst to learn more about the evolving talent acquisitions channels in the EMEA region
You are knowledgeable and an expert for operational recruitment tooling
You have strong language, writing and communication skills in one of the major European languages
You are able and eager to work closely together with hiring managers and local recruitment managers
