Your responsibilities:

Establish partnerships with universities, schools and educational institutions
Communicate with various institutions, external agencies, government departments
Support creative sourcing strategies and organize different company activities and candidates’ events (company presentations, career fairs, professional events, virtual fairs, etc.)
Administrate and manage an internal and external referral program
Visit team members and promote referral program, procedures and policies
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
Prepare sourcing statistics and other reporting as needed
Participate in projects and other initiatives as required

Our requirements:

Excellent English language skills
Strong communications and influencing skills
Well organized and creative self-starter with abilities to plan work, establish appropriate priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and proactive behaviour
Positive and professional attitude
Previous experience in the filed will be considered as an advantage
Bachelor Degree
Advanced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
