To be every player's trusty advisor
To listen and respond to customers queries via phone and/or email
To identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

To be fluent in German and to have a good level of English

To be a self-motivated and outgoing person
To enjoy communication with people and resolve cases
