Your responsibilities:
Communicate with international customers on a daily basis via phone and email
Consult others about traveling requests in a friendly and professional manner
Find the best solution for everyone and propose different options concerning what’s the best for the customers
Identify customers and record data
Our requirements:
You are fluent in Dutch
Have a very good level of English
Enjoy selling process
Have excellent communicating and persuasive skills
Love being helpful, professional and customer oriented
