One of our clients – a well-known business process outsourcingcompany– is looking for highly-motivated candidatesfor a complex role– Customer Solutions Officer with the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Dutch.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Providing inbound customer service and executing related administrative tasks;
* Communicating about any possible issues on all support levels;
* Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions;
* Assisting in the process of creating new accounts;
* Cancelor upgrade existing accounts.

Requirements:
* Fluency inone of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Dutch;
* High level of English;
* Strong ethics and high integrity;
* Eagerness to learn and improve;
* Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team;
* Solid experience with MS Office.
