Email & Sales Specialist with Spanish/ French or Czech
Main Responsibilities:
* Offering excellent support and troubleshooting via email, chat, and outbound phone communication;
* Maintaining high-level customer satisfaction level for chat & email;
* Cooperating with the most suitable department according to the issue;
* Giving feedback in a timely manner VIP and regular customer escalations.

What you need to have:
* Excellent level of Romanian/ Dutch or French
* Experience in a multilingual company as a customer support specialist;
* Previous gaming or Forex experience is an advantage;
* Sales orientated personality;
* Flexible working hours;
* Ability to show excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Capability to act and think logically.
