Responsibilities:
• Handling client issues reported via all channels;
• Build and set up new client account,Mobile Solution accounts, Wireless setup activations;
• Manage day-to-day data input tasks;
• Research, identify and resolve issues/escalations from other departments;
• Handling questions regarding shipment order instructions for Warehouse including billing details;
• Track the issues until problems are solved.

Requirements:
• Excellent command of English;
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Affinity towards technical disciplines;
• Experience in online payment is an advantage;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of results;
• Technical skills and experience with TSYS systems & process are an asset;
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel);
• Keen attention to detail.
