Our client is a leader in the field of reliable and cost-effective remote management, connectivity and hardware communication solutions to alarm companies in more than 30 countries worldwide. We are currently looking to hire a Key Account Manager- B2B.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain informed, objective and up-to-date information about clients, competition and market trends in the industry;
• Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the portfolio of the company, able to fluently describe products and services benefits, resolve business issues, and adequately address customer concerns;
• Organize individual and group calls/webinars with alarm/security companies to build and maintain high interest in the products and services we offer;
• Document and track each customer interaction in the company’s CRM and consistently follow through on his commitments.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in the Telco/IT sector.
• Extremely people-oriented candidates with exceptional communication skills;
• Ability to listen attentively, think, talk, write and act professionally to impress and influence others.
• Fluency in English.
