For one of our clients - an international film company - we are looking for a Welfare / Happiness manager

On this position you will be responsible for the following:

Handling employee concerns in a professional manner;
Close teamwork with team leaders and assistant managers for the purpose of engaging employees, motivating them and raising performance levels;
Interaction with cinema guests in order to obtain feedback and resolve immediate concerns;
Supervision of the smooth functioning of cinema halls in terms of customer service
In order to find the successful Welfare / Happiness Manager we will be looking for:

Employee relationship experience
Client / Customer service experience
Proactive and result oriented;
Negotiation and problem solving skills;
Conflict resolution and decision-making skills;
Very good English language skills.
