We are currently seeking to hire a high-energy, committed Business Development Representative with Czech to join our rapidly expanding telesales team.

In this role you will help your senior colleagues generate new opportunities by strategically identifying clients of all levels, that have attended technical events all over the globe. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language, phone, and email skills, along with an understanding in qualifying customer opportunities.


Duties and Responsibilities:

- Contacting existing business clients of the company and collecting feedback on organized Microsoft training
courses;
- Interacting with and qualifying prospects via phone and email;
- Asking clients about detail information about new recommendations about more useful training;
- Updating information in a database;
- Providing market feedback and specific feedback to the direct management, to ensure continuous process optimization, and a structured/productive communication flow.


Requirements:

- Native level of Czech language;
- Fluency in English;
- Previous experience in dealing with business contacts;
- Reasonable working knowledge of the IT industry;
- Strong communication and soft skills;
- Highly energetic, innovative and proactive individual.
