Main Responsibilities:
Offering excellent support and troubleshooting via email, chat, and outbound phone communication;
Maintaining high-level customer satisfaction level for chat & email;
Cooperating with the most suitable department according to the issue;
Giving feedback in a timely manner VIP and regular customer escalations.

What you need to have:
Excellent level of Spanish/ Italian/ German/ French/ Dutch
Level of written and spoken English B1-B2
Experience in a multilingual company as a customer support specialist;
Previous gaming or Forex experience is an advantage;
Sales orientated personality;
Flexible working hours;
Ability to show excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Capability to act and think logically.
