Main Responsibilities will be:

• Providing information via phone or email regarding orders and parts;
• Answering questions and resolving queries from engineers or corporate clients;
• Raise system tickets for unsolved issues;
• Ensures supplies, parts and equipment are available when needed to meet demands;
• On-time order creation, editing and monitoring of orders;
• Provides information regarding specifications and order status;
• Completes the purchasing process by developing relationships and coordinating with different parties.

This would be the right role for you if you:

• Fluent in Italian or French language;
• Good command of English language;
• Experience in logistics related role or customer service role;
• Communication, organization and analytical skills;
• Very good knowledge of MW Office (particularly Excel skills);
