Our client is a leading provider of IT and BPO solutions and services, which cover the complete range of their clients' needs. For one of their partners – an online betting start-up company, providing both sports and casino services in all verticals, they are currently looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented and positive #German speakers to join their rapidly expanding Customer Service team.In this role you will:
• Serve as a Single Point of Contact for End Client users;
• Provide excellent customer service via live chat, email, and phone;
• Deal with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and bet-themed questions;
• Build long-term relationships through open and interactive communication.
The ideal candidate possesses:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German;
• A good level of English;
• Passion for betting, sports and gaming;
• Knowledge or previous experience in online gambling industry;
• Proactive and dynamic personality, with good attitude towards the clients;
• Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude.
