PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Reporting Specialist will lead the delivery of business analytics in the MTC FP&A area, contributing to the development and enhancement of reporting processes. This role focuses on improving and automating reporting, implementing new technologies, and designing new reports based on business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take the lead in crafting and delivering accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Dive into the details to analyze financial data, providing insightful narratives that guide strategic decision-making.
Utilize advanced reporting tools and technology to automate and enhance the efficiency of financial reporting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize reporting systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial structures.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand reporting requirements and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Champion a customer-centric mindset, tailoring reports to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders while maintaining a focus on clarity and precision.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, advanced Excel (including VBA), and ERP systems (SAP/SAP BW preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting roles, preferably in a dynamic corporate environment.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting systems is advantageous.
Fluency in English.
Previous experience in finance or accounting is advantageous.
In-depth understanding of order-to-cash processes is considered as plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
