Mission : You will be in charge of setting-up proposals in response to calls for proposals from the European Commission. More particularly you will be responsible for:

• Reading and understanding calls for proposals from the European Commission, defining project’s objectives, concept and the profile of potentially interested companies;
• Prospecting new clients in relation to a specific call;
• Communicating with clients and partner research;
• Negotiation with partners to reach our internal budget objectives;
• Assisting and advising clients on financial, administrative (eligibility of costs, reporting period, guidance on EU rules) and technical content (project objectives, ensuring full compliance to the call, definition of work packages, etc);
• Writing of the proposal in English (Technical and Financial parts);
• Administrative and financial management of accepted projects;
• In addition to the consulting work, the consultant will be involved with the General Manager on executive tasks in order to create a business unit the consultant could lead afterwards.

Your profile :

• Experience in relevant field (1-5 years) is required;
• Complete English capabilities, including excellent English writing skills;
• Analysis and synthesis capabilities;
• Goals oriented;
• Ability to think out of the box;
• Good time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to work with deadlines;
• High autonomy is required.
