For one of our clients, a business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance for international clients, we are currently looking for Coordinators with French or German or Norwegian ( C1 fluent)
Main responsibilities:
• Handling customer inquiries and advising terms and conditions;
• Assist customers in booking the service and making changes to bookings;
• Assist customers in payments over the phone including (taking details and working with credits cards);
• Deliver quality service regarding the company standards.

The skills:
• Fluency in German or French language (C1 fluent);
• Good level of English- B2;
• Technical knowledge will be an advantage;
• Experience working in a Customer Service position.
