Complaints and Escalation Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting internal feedback loops with frontline support and specialist domains to mitigate an increase and repeat of complaints;
- Support other members of the complaints team;
- Providing outsanding customer experience while handling complaints;
- Investigating complex issues and engaging with the financial team;
- Availability to work on shifts.
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills;
- Experience working with FCA regulations;
- Hands-on experience using industry tools such as;
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
