DATA GOVERNANCE DOMAIN LEADER (CUSTOMER & VENDOR)
Job Summary
The Data Governance Domain Leader will serve as a leaders' counselor to the team of data governance analysts in the definition and delivery of the governance framework and operational model. In this role, you will lead, advise and make decisions on building, sustaining and enhancing our governance capabilities, including driving modernization, standardization and authorizing deviations when necessary. We seek a professional to lead and provide direction to professionals and indirect staff, for applying the governance program across strategic projects and also within the steady-state master data management operations.

Key Accountabilities
Review and provide input to prioritize the list of data governance projects for a medium portfolio of projects.
Provide leadership and input to govern and monitor data governance and data quality performance measures to ensure operational excellence is on target.
Provide leadership to develop the data domain governance strategy, educate stakeholder groups, and ensure functional business processes and technology solutions align to the defined framework.
Own the domain's data governance policies, rules/standards, and usage, ensuring proper adherence and deployment through-out the Cargill ecosystem to drive data consistency and quality.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a highly engaged team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of six years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Three years of supervisory experience.
Minimum 3 years of Data Management or Governance experience with Customer Master and/or Vendor Master.
