Main responsibilities:
Daily communication with the customers via email, chat and outbound calls;
Resolving different customers requests regarding password resetting, account openings;
Showing excellent personal attitude towards each client;
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner;
Maintain high-level customer satisfaction.
