For one of our clients, a leading international company specialized in the online gaming industry. Due to the expanding of their team, we are looking for: Bilingual Advisor with German/ French/ Spanish/ Italian or Portuguese
Main responsibilities:
Daily communication with the players and troubleshooting via email and chat;
Showing excellent personal attitude towards each client;
Maintaining high-level customer satisfaction;
Cooperating with other departments in order to solve the case;
Ensure that you meet targets set by the company for dealing with their customers’ requests.

What you need to have:

Fluent level of German/ French/ Spanish/ Italian or Portuguese;
Level of English B2-C1;
Experience in customer service- is an advantage;

Capability to work and think logically.
